The Measurecom software suite includes the following:

Pulse Dialogues
  • Unlimited Pulse Dialogues (as frequently as weekly). Any question, any time, for any group or subgroup. (See Research for more information on strategic use of Pulse Dialogues).

  • Snapshot communication on your Pulse Dialogues.  On each Pulse Dialog you can include a "Snapshot" or piece of information that is communicated back to the respondents about actions taken, upcoming events, and more.

  • Trendmarking™ - eePulse takes benchmarking to the next level by providing real-time comparisons today. You can see your own weekly trend or monthly trend data compared to that same trend data of other companies. Trendmarking makes benchmarking of people data as real time as stock price data comparisons. You would not compare your stock price today to that of your competitors three years ago; why do the same with employee or customer survey data?

  • Centralized control with business unit ownership. Overall questions for corporate and customized questions and usage for each sub-group, business division, and more. This means tailored surveys for training, new hire acculturation, diversity, HR service assessment, and more.  All of this can be done with the same system that handles corporate annual surveys and weekly management reporting.

Pulse Reports™
  • Unlimited Pulse Reports based on multiple cuts of the data.  Weekly reports to thousands of users. Reports can be cut by location, customer type, department, seniority, and more.

  • Personalized Pulse Report for each respondent. By getting something back immediately, respondents are more engaged. Each respondent receives a trend graph with his/her own data compared to any comparison group set up by the organization. They may compare their own data to the overall company trend line, their location trend line, or their department's data.

  • Comment Category Reports - Access to eePulse's Automatic Comment Categorization Technology. eePulse can categorize hundreds of thousands of comments weekly. Comment reports also are  automatically sorted by survey score (see all comments that are associated with a survey score of "very satisfied" or "very dissatisfied) or by reporting group (department, location, etc.)

  • Pulse Reports change as you change.  This means accurate data.  When your organization structure changes, your Pulse Reports change. This makes the eePulse process work well for any company going through change, reorganizing, merging or restructuring, or undergoing fast growth or any other change. This is critical when people data is the basis of any form of manager accountability (e.g. balanced score cards, performance management, etc.). The manager should be assured that his/her data is for the people that are really in his/her group.

  • Pulse Learning modules that are linked to managers' customized reports. eePulse can link each manager's comment categories with learning modules that are tailored for every manager.

  • Event Log - Users (managers, survey respondents) have access to their own confidential journals.

Communicate Back Tools
  • Instant Focus Group Functionality - You can respond to an individual comment in order to get more information.

  • Coaching Function - You or an eePulse researcher can review the history of comments (without knowing the identity of the person) and make your responses more focused and helpful to the respondent.

  • Manager Response Functionality - Managers can share selected Pulse Reports with groups of respondents. In addition, managers can write messages to these individuals, thus closing the feedback loop immediately.
