As Vice President of Business Development and Finance, Kelly has responsibility for our sales partner program, client, partner and vendor contracting, risk management and finance and administration functions.

Kelly has been with eePulse since its inception and has over 25 years of financial and general management experience with start-up and high growth firms in computer software and hardware, biotechnology, and chemical industries.

His experience includes Chief Financial Officer positions with both public and private organizations as well as operations and manufacturing plant management experience. He received his BS in Finance and his MBA from the University of Colorado.
