I: Executive Coaching Pulse process surrounds the time period of the coaching engagement (3, 6 or 12 months)

Use full-service Measurecom suite of products and services with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, investors, retirees, and employees.  Collect data from stakeholders who are key to the success of the manager being coached.  Coach can use many of the technology tools (e.g. action planning, event log, instant focus group) to provide additional assistance to the leader being coached.

Energy Pulse
Customer Enthusiasm Pulse (for customers)
Customized metrics based on current challenges
Extensive use of comment data so that there is an exploratory component to the work.
Very fast analysis and follow up key for success.
Full 5-step implementation, customized for each stakeholder group.  Training for implementation team.
Work closely with leader on how to share data with his/her management team.  Create a “cabinet” approach to problem solving or have management team deal with their own issues.
II: Integrate data into the management process
Provide integration points as needed.
Customize metrics.  Ask employees and managers for ideas about questions they want added.  Ask positive questions so that best practice can be shared.
Join Learning Leaders Forum.  Use data to create learning opportunities for all managers reporting to leader being coached.  eePulse can create case studies based on the leader’s data.
III: Continuous learning beyond the coaching assignment

We recommend continuing with the Data and Dialogue Leadership / Learning process.  You may reduce frequency (monthly for example), but regular quarterly check ins by coach to review data and assess business issues recommended.

Customize as needed.  Build predictive models if sample size is large enough; use those models to build alerts in the system.
Use data to help develop all managers and employees in the group.  Create an environment where employees are monitoring their own energy and understand how to manage their energy at work.

Note:  Every implementation is customized, but this will provide you with an example of technology, metrics, and research consulting that have worked when clients have the above-mentioned business needs.
