I: Implementation and start up

If annual survey, follow-up process can be escalated due to Measurecom’s superior reporting capabilities for ALL managers.
As requested by client.  If annual survey, can use eePulse metrics (e.g. Valour, Climate or Culture surveys, etc.).  If follow up to employee survey, develop key questions per manager or for overall organization. 
In order to speed up follow-up process, training for key stakeholders needed prior to survey implementation. 
Flash report the first week after survey.  This includes letter to all employees and preliminary report to management team. 
II: In-depth reporting for overall data
